Wednesday March 5th

Informal SOHP get-together

Who: All conference attendees; SOHP members and students particularly encouraged

Time: 8:00–11:00pm

Location: Marquee Bar & Lounge, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel

This is a causal come-as-you-are event coordinated by Joe Mazzola, Chris Cunningham, Kristin Charles, and Kizzy Parks . It will give everyone a common place to meet when you they arrive at the conference hotel.  

Thursday March 6th

SOHP & EA-OHP meeting.

Who: SOHP Executive Committee and EA-OHP Executive Committee

Time: 1:30-3:00PM

Location: The Forum Room

This event continues a tradition of meetings between the executive committees of our two respective groups. We have many items on our discussion, but one of the most important is to explore new member benefits we may be able to offer you through a collaborative relationship with SOHP.

Friday March 7th

SOHP Business Meeting and Reception

Who: All SOHP Members and Student Affiliates

Time: 5:00-5:30

Location: Ambassador Ballroom

Come to the SOHP Business Meeting to meet your new SOHP officers, thank your outgoing SOHP officers, learn about the changes to the SOHP Committee Structure and hear updates from the SOHP committees. SOHP Reception

Who: All SOHP Members, and Student Affiliates -- conference attendees interested in OHP

Time: 5:30-7:00

Location: Ambassador Ballroom

The SOHP reception promises to be a great social event to kick off your Friday evening. The highlight of the reception will be the presentation of two important awards.The SOHP reception will include light refreshments.

Saturday March 8th

SOHP Executive Committee Meeting

Who: SOHP Executive Committee

Time: 8:30-9:30AM

The new executive committee will meet bright and early on Saturday morning. Please let us know if you have issues you'd like us to discuss.
